Alexander Krings
was Vice President at Bayern LB in Munich for Large Corporates and Family-owned Businesses from 2011. Previously he had worked from 2003 at global law firm Allen & Overy in London and Brussels specialising in Banking and Finance and was seconded to Barclays Capital in the early days of the financial crisis of 2007. Mr. Krings studied law at Oxford University (BA, MA) and management at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (MBA).
As a partner at Independent Capital, Mr. Krings advises Austrian and German corporations on all aspects of bank and debt capital market transactions.
