Franz Pruckner
has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate and real estate finance as well as longstanding relationships with numerous banks and other financial institutions throughout Austria and in neighbouring countries.
Since 2004 Franz Pruckner was Member and since 2005 Chairman of the Board of Waldviertler Sparkasse Bank AG, a regional savings bank also engaging in cross border lending activities. He had overall responsibility for corporate clients, capital markets as well as the treasury functions within the bank. He also was a Member of the Supervisory Board of Erste Bank der oesterreichischen Sparkassen AG (“Erste Bank”) and the Speaker for the Savings Bank sector in the Austrian Province of Niederösterreich.
Since October 2021 he has been a partner, shareholder, and Managing Director of Independent Capital.
